Camden County Emergency Medical Services:


Camden County EMS is obtaining certifications, licensing, permitting, and equipment to establish 
Paramedic-level emergency medical services to Camden County, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Our mission will be to provide emergency medical services and assistance to the volunteer fire departments.


We aim to staff 2 ambulances 24 hours a day and a 12-hour surge ambulance along with a Paramedic supervisor. 
Emergency crews are planned to be stationed in South Mills (Station 14), Camden (Station 12), and Shiloh (Station 11):

 

 

 

Billing Information:

Camden County Emergency Medical Services contracts with XXX Billing. 
For all questions about charges on a bill and insurance policy updates, call XXX-XXX-XXXX. 

 

North Carolina General Statutes allow Camden County to charge for ambulance services. Tax dollars do fund the cost of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations. EMS billing also helps cover expenses for the department.
